Refund Policies

2023 - 2024 18+ Registrations

The Mass Drifters is a premier year-round fast pitch softball organization dedicated to the training and development of young female athletes of all ages. We strive to give our athletes the best possible training at a fair and equitable cost. Once our teams are set in late August, athletes start taking advantage of our indoor training facility, attending fall tournaments, receiving uniforms/equipment, etc….In other words, your Drifter fee starts going to work for you on day one. We understand that life gets in the way and some of our athletes may choose to move on but in order to be as fair as possible to both the athlete and the organization we issue refunds as follows: The first $500 is NON-REFUNDABLE. After the first $500, if for any reason, an athlete leaves the program within first 30 days of registration the athlete is entitled to a 75% refund. Between 30 and 60 days of registration - 50% refund, between 60 and 90 days of registration – 25% refund. Beyond 90 days of registration - NO REFUND is applied. Refunds will take up to 15 days to process.
