WHERE?
All sessions will be from 5:30-8:00 pm at Reid Field (100 Elm St. West, Raynham, MA).
In case of rain, we will relocate to our indoor facility (50 Ryan Drive, Raynham, MA).
WHEN?
Tryouts will be from 5:30-8:00 pm each day.
Please arrive 15-20 minutes in advance.

What should we bring?
Please come prepared to ball out! Wear softball clothes (pants strongly encouraged), gear, water, and bug spray and sunscreen are recommended.
What will tryouts be like?
You will work hard the entire time! Our tryouts are run similar to a clinic and are led by all of our qualified instructors. You will receive hands-on instruction and one-on-one time with our coaches.
Who are your coaches?
We have an AMAZING network of Drifters built over the last 50+ years and are so lucky to be able to tap into that to source our awesome coaches. As a majority female staff, all of our coaches are either:
- Drifter alumni
- Coach at the collegiate level
- Played at the college level
- Coach at the high school level
- Have previous club ball coaching experience
Can't make the available dates?
While we strongly encourage all participants to attend all tryout sessions, we also recognize this is a difficult time of year as most athletes are still in their summer tournament seasons. If you have a significant scheduling conflict, please include the details in your registration information or email massdrifterssoftball@gmail.com. We'll figure something out!
WHY Drifters?
The Mass Drifters mission is to educate, encourage and promote the growth of girls softball while preserving the integrity of the game. We focus on total player development, building a tradition for the future of our girls, to improve their tactical and technical softball training, and most of all, team participation and camaraderie.

Please note the following:
- There is a $25 non-refundable tryout registration fee to be paid either upon registration or on site at the first attended tryout session.
- Please fill out the registration form fully to help our tryouts run smoothly and to assist in performance evaluation and potential placement within the organization.
- Please make an effort to attend all sessions for the age group in which you are trying out.
- Plan arrive 15-20 minutes early, and bring water and all softball gear.
